We really enjoyed using this product. It gave our hair a nice shine and it kept a decent hold throughout the day. The addition of “black” to cover up grey hair only served as a temporary fix and left a stain on the scalp.

EBIN New York’s 24 Hour Edge Tamer was designed to tame your edges and flyaways while giving your hair smooth and sleek edges for an entire day. The ingredients are also supposed to allow the product to lay on the hair so as to not leave any residue behind.
We achieved smooth slicked back hair while using this product, and the hold lasted for the majority of the day but this edge control was not meant for all hair types so depending on the texture of hair the hold didn’t stay as long. The scent was neutral and not overpowering. We did end up noticing that there was some flaking on the hair and the look wasn’t as clean as it could have been.

The smell of this product is really amazing and it kept its promise of “flake-free” styles leaving a really nice moisturized feeling to the hair, however, we noticed that throughout the day the gel didn’t stand up to the daily grind for very long. Majority of the day passed but we found that there would be a need to reapply the product.
