My symptoms were relentless, and despite taking probiotics, my digestion, energy levels and overall wellbeing was suffering. Things got way better when I ditched my probiotics and started checking off my symptoms by using pre and postbiotics.
Probiotics definitely have a role in restoring your gut health, but I’d rather get them from the source. I’ve found better success getting it from my diet by eating foods like kimchi, sauerkraut, kefir and eating lots of whole food fibers. And that’s why I was really drawn to Klora’s supplements because they help support total gut health, along with probiotic growth.
It seems like
Klora’s Gut-Renew was not only helping my digestion and microbiome with its prebiotic, but also supporting my mood and sleep with the postbiotic. The combination that Klora has made, has helped me get back to normal. Let me give you the rundown on how my progress went.
I took the
Gut-Renew capsules daily for at least 4-5 days a week. During the first month I noticed a marked improvement in bloating, indigestion and upset stomach compared to week one. That continued and around month two and then I noticed things like deeper sleep and less brain fog. I was (TMI) having more formed stool compared to baseline and a bit more energy throughout the day.
Month three was when I marked the most improvement. No more energy crash after meals and a lot more motivation in the gym. Regularity in the bathroom and clarity in thinking when I’m at work- and surprisingly my skin is significantly clearer than it was just 8 weeks ago. Apparently, there is a gut-skin connection too!
I’ve continued taking
Gut-Renew since to continue to support my gut health now that I’ve experienced what it is like to have an optimized gut. My body feels like it’s more in balance than it has in years, and I feel energetic enough to go out without the stress of what to eat, and how it may make me feel the next morning.
