How I Stay In Shape And Fuel My Workouts

I was always an active kid. I played soccer, thoroughly enjoyed running, and even went to the gym for fun in high school. But as I got older, I found it to be increasingly difficult to get myself to work out and lose weight.

Not only did I lack the energy to work out, but I was also putting on weight faster than I ever had before. The old saying of “wait until it catches up to you” finally caught up to me. I was nowhere near the weight I wanted to be.

The embarrassing part is even doing small everyday things, like golfing with friends or climbing stairs were my wake-up call. I needed to get it together. Even after brutal runs trying to lose weight, I wasn’t forming the six-pack that I had in high school. The beer gut completely replaced it. I wanted to find something I could add to my daily routine that would slingshot my success because weighing myself every day and not seeing results started to become depressing.

I took some advice from my friends and decided to introduce supplements into my routine. I started off with Xtend’s Ripped BCAA Formula. I was told that it will prevent soreness and act as protective armor for my muscles, aiding my goal of weight loss and building muscles.

Finally, I found a replacement for those sugary sports drinks I used to down as a kid. Xtend’s Ripped Formula has 0 added sugar, contains ingredients like CLA and Capsimax® to help enhance fat loss, and tastes amazing! On top of that, every time I drank it, my recovery time was shorter, and I was able to work out twice as much. It kept me hydrated before, during, and after my workouts. Plus, I didn’t get the jittery feeling that pre-workout gives. But the best part is since drinking Xtend, I have lost 15 pounds in only 3 weeks!

This stuff is packed with 7 grams of amino acids and builds on the clinically studied XTEND BCAA powder formula that promotes lean mass, muscle strength, and fat loss. Before drinking Xtend, I had no idea how important amino acids are. They increase muscle protein synthesis. Muscle protein synthesis needs amino acids to maximize the growth of muscle. Normal amounts of protein drinks, foods, supplements, etc. do not contain enough amino acids to thoroughly contribute to noticeable muscle growth. Since adding this to my diet, I barely have any cravings, I am rarely sore, and I have noticed a huge increase in muscle mass. I am getting stronger and thinner every day. I finally found a way to refuel and hydrate my body during a workout.

I drink so much of it, that I started subscribing for only $19.99 a month, a total steal. Especially now that I am seeing more gains than when I paid a personal trainer $300 a month. Trust me when I say Xtend’s Ripped BCAA Formula is a necessity when trying to work out and gain muscle.
